Your inquiry
Your privacy

Effective October 26, 2026. This notice describes the information collected through the LemonTree Studios website and its tour-inquiry service.

Notice at collection

We collect the following categories to operate the website, respond to inquiries and arrange studio tours. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Inquiry details are used for studio follow-up and normal recordkeeping, not advertising audiences.

Contact and inquiry details

Your name, email, optional phone number, optional website or social profile link, reply preference, location interest, message and submission time. We use these to reply, discuss your studio needs and arrange a visit. Inquiries and follow-up are handled in our team's mailbox and by email providers. We keep them as needed to handle your request, ongoing studio discussions and applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Technical and security information

Cookie identifiers, privacy choices, request times and technical request information, including IP addresses handled by hosting and security systems. We use these to deliver pages, protect the form, limit spam and avoid duplicate emails. The application's hashed security and delivery markers expire after 48 hours and are removed during the next cleanup. These markers do not store your name, email address or message. Hosting providers may maintain separate security and access logs under their service terms.

Optional visit measurement

Only if you allow it, we remember permitted campaign tags, your landing page, referring website origin and visit time in a first-party session cookie. If you submit an inquiry, these details accompany the email to our team so we can understand how you found us. The session is valid for up to eight hours and is configured to end when you close your browser; browser session-restore features can affect when it is removed. Campaign details already sent in an inquiry follow the same retention criteria as that inquiry.

Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from using the website or requesting a tour. Changing your choice stops future optional collection and clears the site's saved campaign session data; it does not erase emails already sent. Contact us below to request deletion of those records.

Cookies and your choices

  • Form security: csrftoken helps prevent forged form submissions. It can remain for up to one year.
  • Session: sessionid supports form security, duplicate protection and access to your receipt. If permitted, it also holds optional campaign information. It has an eight-hour validity and browser-session expiry. Submitted contact details and message text are not stored in this cookie.
  • Privacy preference: lt_privacy remembers your choice for 180 days. It does not contain your contact details or a unique visitor ID.

Use Your privacy choices to allow or reject optional measurement. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies can prevent the inquiry form from working.

This website currently loads no Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other third-party advertising or analytics tracker. Those services remain disabled. We will update this notice and request a new choice before introducing them; your current measurement choice does not authorize future advertising tools.

We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC). When that browser signal is active, this site keeps all optional measurement off, even if you previously allowed it. Other Do Not Track signals do not change these settings; you can always reject optional measurement through the controls above.

Who handles the information

Authorized studio staff and the hosting, security and email providers needed to operate this service handle information for the purposes above. The website has no inquiry database or staff account system. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Social-media links open external services governed by their own privacy policies; they are links, not embedded tracking widgets.

California privacy choices

You can ask about the personal information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, or tell us to stop following up. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal treatment when exercising those rights. Applicable exceptions and identity-verification requirements may apply.

Contact studios@lemontreestudios.la or (213) 207-6676. You may use an authorized agent; we may need evidence of authorization and enough information to verify a request. Do not email identity documents or sensitive information unless we arrange a secure method with you.

Changes to this notice

We will post updates here with a revised effective date. Material changes to cookie or tracking purposes will be explained in the privacy notice and controls before those new optional uses begin. We will request a new choice rather than treating an earlier choice as permission for new tracking services.
